As a teenager, you should not just study. You should also join activities so as to add vibrancy to enrich your life. Here are some tips to help you choose activities.
- Pick up a sport. Doing regular exercise can make you healthy so that you can have more energy to do other things so you can achieve more,
- Learn some music, or at least learn how to appreciate music. Music can make you feel relaxed, especially classical music. This is a very good tool to reduce your stress.
- Join a youth group. You can find a list of worldwide youth groups and organizations on the 'Links' page. You will learn much more experience on communicating with others, leadership skills,etc. when you join these organizations.
- Read more books. Reading books can definitely broaden your horizons and it brings much fun! Choose a book that you like to read instead of following the others in order to cultivate your interest in reading.
- Do some voluntary work. You can not only help others, but develop yourself as well. Through doing these work, you will gain a lot of experience such as organising activities, contacting others, getting help, and communicating with others.
